Herbicide Residues in the Tank
|
|
|
|
Applicators frequently ignore cleaning agents in the belief that a
thoroughly washed sprayer will be free from harmful residues and other contaminants. In most cases however, simple flushings with standard tank cleaners do not suffice.
Many herbicides, including sulfonylureas can provide ample residue which can
damage susceptible crops. Moreover, sticky residues from pesticides, oils and many adjuvants will bind farm chemicals to spray equipment. All Clear, an innovative spray tank cleaner, removes these unwanted spray
deposits from tank and equipment.

All Clear attaches to and lifts off contaminants

Developed by AmegA Sciences (North America) Ltd, All Clear does not depend
on a single detergent or strong solvent. Instead, All Clear has a 3 way action that includes a surfactant, a sequestrant and a solubiliser.
The surfactants in All Clear are a unique blend that reduce the surface
tension and enable All Clear to penetrate into crevices and hard to reach areas of the spray equipment. They attract the deposits and force them into the solution. When the surfactants contact the sticky residues,
they penetrate into the deposits and break them up into component parts to aid removal, helping to lift them from the tank's surface.
The sequestering agent in All Clear helps to lock up materials in the
washout solution. This helps prevent re-adhesion to the equipment surfaces. This process, unique to All Clear, assists in the efficient removal of harmful residues. The solubiliser helps to neutralise the pesticide
residues as they are removed from the spray equipment.
